RECOVER Instructor Certification - Jul 26-27, 2025 - Request for Invitation

READ FIRST--Prerequisites and enrollment requirements:
* Assessment eligibility: (1) Licensed veterinary professional (Veterinary Technician/Nurse or Veterinarian), (2) current online certification in 2024 RECOVER Basic and Advanced Life Support and (3) RECOVER BLS & ALS Rescuer Certified for at least 6 months with clinical/simulation experience
* successful completion of the 2025 BLS-ALS Instructor Knowledge Assessment: (1) purchase the 2025 Instructor Knowledge Assessment for $79 on the ACVECC Learning Portal, (2) you can only take the 2025 BLS-ALS Instructor Knowledge Assessment once, (3) you are allowed to take one retake, cost is $39 on the ACVECC Learning Portal, and (4) if both are failed then you will need to wait until 2026 to take the 2026 assessment
If you do not meet ALL of these requirements, you will not be invited to attend the certification.

The two-day, in-person training course provides RECOVER Instructor Certification and will be held at Cornell University (Vet School Sim Lab) in Ithaca, NY from Sat Jul 26 - Sun Jul 27th. The course fee is $1200 and training will run from approximately 9a - 4p both days. We will provide nametags, coffee, light snacks, and lunches but attendees are responsible for their own transportation and lodging if needed, etc.

After you request an invitation to the training, we will verify your enrollment requirements (listed above.) Once it has been determined that you meet all the eligibility requirements and have successfully passed the 2025 Instructor Knowledge Assessment, you will receive an invitation to register for the training course.
